Yes. Chapters are created one by one in the studio, and for bulk moves any post importer works — the data model is plain.
The author. The platform displays the text and claims no rights; you can delete a project from the studio at any time.
There is no hard rule, but readers come back to whoever keeps a rhythm. One chapter a week beats ten bursts a year.
